Baked Italian Turkey Breast

Ingredients
1 lb Shady Brook Farms Turkey Breast Cutlets, 1/2 cup Italian flavored breadcrumbs, 2 egg whites
Directions
Lightly beat egg whites in a bowl. Dip each cutlet and then put in plastic bag w/the bread crumbs. Take out and place on well greased baking dish. Do that to each cutlet and then back on 375 for 15-20 minutes until turkey is completely cooked. Serve with Veggies, whole wheat pasta or rice.
