Lemonade Chicken

Ingredients
6 4-oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate3 Tbl. ketchup2 Tbl. brown sugar1 Tbl. cider vinegar2 Tbl. cornstarch2 Tbl. water
Directions
Put chicken breasts into 5-qt. slow cooker. In separate bowl, mix lemonade, ketchup, brown sugar, and cider vinegar. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 2 1/2 hours. Remove chicken and keep warm. Mix cornstarch and water; mix into lemonade mixture. Cook on high for 30 minutes. Add chicken; heat through.

Makes 6 4-oz. servings, with 1/4 cup sauce
