Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup Brown Sugar Splenda Blend, packed1/3 cup soft butter3 cups cut up rhubarb1/3 cup SplendaSalt
Directions
Mix flour, Brown Sugar Splenda Blend and butter with pastry blender as for pie crust and top this over the rhubarb which has been sprinkled with Splenda and a little salt. Bake in a 8" x 8"' pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If using glass pan, reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Double the recipe for a 9" x 13" pan.
May also microwave an 8" x 8" pan on high for 8 minutes.
