Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesCarrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli Floret, 20 oz Basil, 19 grams (coarse copped)Scallions, raw, .5 cup, choppedSweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long (sliced length wise)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Bring water to boil in steamer or steaming pot, steam carrots for 5 minutes after that 5 minutes put in broccoli and steam carrots and broccoli for another 5 minutes wile frying potatoes. With 1 tbsp of olive oil fry the potato slices until soft, take potato's and set them aside, using same pan add remaining tbsp of olive oil cook mushrooms, onions, and basil until onions start to tender. Plate and serve, season with salt and pepper.
