Ingredients
1.25 cups of cake flour1.5 cups of stevia0.25 teaspoon of salt1.5 cups of egg whites0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract0.5 teaspoon of almond extract
Directions
Sift flour, stevia, and salt five times. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks and then add vanilla and almond extract. Gently add flour mixture to eggs. Scoop into cupcake pans and bake until golden brown.
