Shelly's First Frittata

Ingredients
5 Eggland's Best Large EggsMcCormick's Seasoned Salt (3-4 dashes)1 small onion, finely chopped1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped30 spears of asparagus, chopped into fourths2 Tbsp Hormel Real Bacon Bits1/2 Tbsp salted butter1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Prep vegetables. Melt butter in non-stick skillet. Whip eggs with whisk and pour into skillet. Add vegetables. Use a skillet to spread them evenly throughout the egg mixture. Add bacon bits. Cover skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, until egg is mostly set. Transfer uncovered skillet to a 350 degree oven. Bake frittata for 5 minutes, until egg is set, then add cheese and bake 5 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
