2 blocks tofu1/4 c. Onion1/2 c. Shredded carrot1 Large stalk celery chopped1 cup mayonnaise1/4 c. Nutritional yeast1 tbsp mustard1/4 c. ParsleySalt and pepper to stare
Directions
Crumble tofu. Add the rest of ingredients. Mix well and chill.
