No Mayo Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 small can of Starkist albacore tuna in water, drained and flaked1/2 tomato, seeded and chopped1/4 onion, chopped1/4 cup 1% Lactaid cottage cheese1 Tbsp fat free sour cream1/2 tsp lemon rind1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar1/2 tsp dried dill weed1 Tbsp parsley flakesSalt and pepper to your taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate until ready to use (within a day or two). I add shredded romaine lettuce and stuff it in a pocket-not included in nutrition value. Use the bread of your choice or in a lettuce wrap and enjoy!
