Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
2 cans Honey Boy Pink Salmon3 large eggs2 cups diced celery1/2 cup red onion6 tbsp. flaxseed meal3 tbsp. chia seeds3 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Directions
Drain salmon and remove large bones. Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl and miix well. Spray two cupcake/muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each muffin tin about 1/2 full with the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until tops are brown.

Enjoy with no-salt ketchup.
