Cheese Burger Stuffed Bell Pepper

Ingredients
3 Red Bell Peppers1 lb Ground Beef1 medium Yellow Onion18 Dill Pickle slices2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup Ketchup1 tbsp BBQ Sauce1 tsp Mustard1 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Saute the beef with chopped onion. Add sauces, and minced pickles. Wash and halve the peppers. Stuff peppers with beef filling and to with about 1/4 cup cheddar cheese each. Place in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 300 deg. Uncover and broil for 1-2 minutes to brown cheese.
