2 scoops chocolate protein powder1/2 cup ground flax seed2 Tbsps. cinnamonpinch of ginger2 tsps. baking powder1 cup water4 egg whites2 scoops stevia2 cups grated zucchini
Mix all ingredients and baked in 9x9 cake pan. Spray with cooking spray. Does stick so line with parchment paper or cut into four servings and take out with pancake flipper.
