Tuna Patties

Ingredients
2 Cans of White Albacore Tuna (between 3-7 oz each)2 Large Eggs1/2 cup of chopped onions1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Melt your choice of cooking oil or butter in a skillet at medium-high heat.

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using your hands, grab small balls of the mixture and flatten in between your hands. Place formed patties in your oiled/heated pan. Fry until lightly golden brown. Then flip to cook the other side.
