Ingredients
Kale, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices (remove)Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)Almonds, .08 cup, slivered (remove)Ramen noodles, Top Ramen, 1/2 of noodles and 1t of seasoning, 1 serving (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)(C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value), 1 tbsp (remove)Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave), 2.5 tbsp (remove)Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, .5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Combine everything in tupperware container, shake, refrigerate for 30-60 minutes, enjoy! Can be topped with chicken or pork for a non-vegetarian option.
