Ingredients
1/4 head cauliflower- riced1 whole egg1 cup shredded cheese (use some for crust and some for topping)1 clove garlicdry salami for toppingStub's BBQ sauce in place of pizza sauceitallian seasoning
Directions
combine cauliflower, egg, most cheese, garlic, itallian seasoning. Form into crust on parchment paper. Bake at 400 for about 15-20 min. Top with sauce, cheese, salami, bake 10 more min.
