Ingredients
This is a nutritious vegan meal that can be made in advance and waiting for you when you come home from an outing.
Directions
Using 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil, sautee the garlic and onion until the onions are soft. Add brussel sprouts cut into small pieces for 5 minutes. Add tofu cut up into small squares & the shitake mushrooms, cut up into pieces omiting the stems. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Add 1 teaspoon raw sesame seeds and plate
