Fiesta Beef Kabobs Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 envelope onion soup mix2 tbs sugar1/2 cup catsup1/4 cup vinegar1/4 oil1 tbs prep mustard1/4 tsp saltdash hot sauce
put all ingredients in a skillet with a 1/2 cup water and bring to boil
simmer for 20 minutes
use as marinade for 12 to 24 hours
