Ingredients
Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halvesSplenda, 2 tspWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Vanilla Extract, 1 tspCoconut Milk, 1 tbspGNC PRO PERFORMANCE 100% WHEY PROTEIN, 29 gram(s)
Directions
I mix everything together in the magic bullet and throw a cover on it. I take it to the gym for a good drink after I workout. If I want it to be really cold when I get done, I use frozen Strawberries instead of fresh ones.
This is one serving. I love this and put it in a water bottle.
