Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1.25 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast2 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. onion powder1/3 c. Louisiana hot sauce5 c. frozen, shredded hash browns1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup1 c. shredded 2% cheddar cheese1 c. light ranch dressing
Directions
cook chicken, garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder with several cups of water in a crock pot on low until done. Shred.

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine chicken and hot sauce in a bowl. Stir to coat.

Spread chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.

In the same bowl, combine cream of celery soup, ranch dressing, and cheese. Stir. Add hash browns and stir well. Pour over chicken.

Cover and bake for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly throughout.
