Pork and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 medium onion1 medium green pepper2T olive oil3 cloves garlic1 can black beans1 can petite diced tomatoes1 small can green chilies16 ounces boneless pork chops diced
Directions
Chop onion and green pepper. Add to hot pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook until soft. Add chopped pork and cook until browned. Add chilies, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and chipotle pepper. Add tomatoes, chicken broth and black beans.
Heat to a boil then let simmer for about 30-5 minutes.
