Quinoa quiche crust

Ingredients
1/4 C Ground flax1/4 C Water1-1/2 C Cooked & cooled quinoa1-1/2 Tbsp Melted coconut oil2 Tbsp Nutritional yeast1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Combine the ground flax and water in a small bowl and set aside to thicken.Stir together the cooked quinoa, nutritional yeast and salt. Add the coconut oil and flax mixture and mix well.

Press mixture into the prepared tart pan and bake for 15 minutes, until lightly golden and dry.
