TW Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato

Ingredients
2 Slices of Sara Lee 45 calorie beadI (1 0z) slice of Tillamook Cheese1 tsp of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Directions
Pre heat a skillet or griddle on medium high heat.
Soften the coconut oil and spread on each slice of bread.
Slice 1 oz slices of Cheese from a 2 lb baby loaf.

Place the bread oil side down , top with cheese and tomato and finish with the 2nd slice of bread.

Cook until the bread is a nice golden brown, turn over and cook the other side to a golden brown.

Slice the sandwich diagonally and serve with a dill pickle on the side.

Add some Chips if you HAVE too! (1 oz of Lays Chips is 100 additional calories)
