Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast, skinless, boneless (I get tenders and just use 3 of those)1 tbspn of minced garlicJuice of one lime1/2 Bunch of cilantro, finely chopped1 tsp Paprika1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Coconut Oil (Olive Oil Works too)
Directions
Take breast and cut into strips, or cubes of approximately 1 inch thickness, put into small bowl.
Mince Garlic and put into bowl
Chop Cilantro and put into bowl
Add Garlic Powder and Paprika
Mix Ingredients thoroughly, put plastic wrap/lid on bowl, and refrigerate for 20 minutes

Heat skillet on medium, and add coconut oil, coat the bottom of the pan.

Place chicken in pan slowly, and cook for 6-8 minutes or until done.

Goes great with vegetables, or a simple salad.

Serving Size: Serves 1, But can easily by multiplies into many servings!
