Banana choc chip cookies

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup of mashed ripened bananas1/3 cup or 60g of cadbury milk chocolate chips25g or 1 cup of shredded coconut1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
1. Mash banana in a blender.
2. Pour all dry ingredients into a bowl.
3. Add banana & vanilla essence.
4. Mix.
5. Spoon mixture into 12 greased muffin papers.
6. Cook on low heat (150) for 15 minutes, & 5 minute intervals there after until the top of the cookie starts to go golden brown.
7. Allow to rest before refridgerating. Best served cold.
