MamaCD's Low Carb Icecream

Ingredients
1 C heavy whipping cream2 eggs8 pkts Stevia (or sweeten to taste)1 T vanilla
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in blender, freeze in ice-cube tray.
2. Put frozen cubes in blender, add water as needed (this recipe based on 1 cup water)

Blend till desired consistency.
