Ingredients
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbspBaking Soda, .5 tspOrganic cane sugar, 1 tsppinch saltMilk, 3.25%, 2 tbspEgg white, large, 2Nutiva organic extra virgin coconut oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
start to heat skillet on low
in a small bowl, mix dry ingredients.
add milk, stir til combined and let sit while you whip the egg whites to firm peaks
fold egg whites into batter, half at a time, gently.
add coconut oil to skillet (as needed for cooking, i put half in and then the rest when i turned them.
pour batter on (flaxmeal doesnt bubble, so careful to not overcook)
cook on both sides.
Serving Size: makes 1 serving (number depends on how big)
