Ingredients
I package no cook lasagne noodles8 ounces ground beef1 Can (Best Choice) pasta sauce2 Cups fat free cottage cheese1 cup mozarella cheese1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain off fat. (Do not rinse as this washes away nutrients and flavor and does not significantly decrease fat.) Add sauce to ground beef and allow to simmer. Place a 1/4 cup of sauce in bottom of pan. Place one layer of noodles on top. The noodles expand, so don't expect them to touch. Add 2/3 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of sauce mixture and a sprinkling of both cheeses. Repeat until all noodles are placed (4 layers of noodles, three of filling). Top with last of sauce, then the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 F for about 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
