Shrimp, Scallop & Snow Peas

Ingredients
1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp Minced Garlic10 oz Snow Peas12 oz Shrimp12 oz Bay Scallops2 Tbs Lite Soy Sauce1/2 tsp Ground Ginger1 TBS Sesame Seeds
Directions
Heal Oil and Minced Garlic in a wok or large frying pan. Add Snow Peas and cook for 2 minutes. Add Scallops and cook for 3 minutes. Add Shrimp, Soy Sauce, and Ginger and cook for 4 minutes or until shrimp is pink and firm. Remove from heat and toss with Seame Seeds.

Can be served over rice or eaten as is. I break it into about 3 servings.

    I used fresh ginger, minced and red bell peppers (sliced) and oyster sauce per another recipe. Next time I'm eliminating the oyster sauce per this recipe or adding thickener. - 2/3/09
