Ingredients
1/4 c. Sorghum flour1/4 c. Millet flour1/4 c. Potato starch1/4 c. Tapioca starch1 Tbsp. Yeast2 Tbsp powdered milk2Tsp. Xanthan gum3/4 c. Warm water1 1/2 Tsp. Agave nectar1 Tsp. Olive oil1 Tsp. Apple cidar vinegar3/4 Tsp. Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°
Put all dry ingredients in food processor. Add wet ingredients. Mix until it pulls away from the sides.
Put dough in a well greases jelly roll pan. Dough will be sticky. Spread very thin. Put hands in warm water as needed to spread. Bake for 13-15 minutes or untill slightly brown on top. Cut into 4 squares.
