Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can cannellinni beans, drained and rinsed1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 can mexi corn, drained2 large colored peppers, chopped1 med sweet onion, chopped1 packet Good Seasons Ital. dressing, mix as directed but omit the water.6 Tbl. lime juice2 Tbl. sugar1 tsp lime zest1/2 C cilantro, chopped1/2 - 3/4 C Chipotle salsa (optional)salt & pepper to tastecumin and/or dried chipotle pepper optional.2 cloves crushed garlic goes good in here too but leaves you with garlic breathe so make this optional.
Directions
Mix all together and refrigerate.
