Grilled Shrimp Poboy

Ingredients
1 medium onion, 1 green bell pepper, 1 T butter, 1 lb shrimp, wheat rolls, 4 oz pepperjack cheese
Directions
Sautee onion and bell pepper until caramelized (can substitute water for butter). Add shrimp and cook until white. Add cheese. Spoon .5 cup over each roll and serve hot.
