Parmesan Garlic Rice

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice (not instant)4 cups chicken broth (low sodium)1/2 cup milk1 Tbsp minced garlic1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh)
Directions
place broth in a pot and bring to a boil. Stir in rice and garlic. Place lid on pot, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in milk and parmesan cheese, cover and simmer an additional 20 minutes.
