1/2 lb lean turkey ground1/2 lb lean beef ground1 jar of ragu1/2 chopped onion1/2 cup chopped mushroom1/2 tsp cinnamon1 garlic clovesalt and pepper to taste1 tsp basil7 oz dry whole wheat spagetti noodles
sautee with spray onion and mush.
add meats and cook until not pink then drain and put back.
add sauce and spices and simmer while cooking noodles..
we love anything with a red sauce with a orange vegtable like butternut squash or mashed sweet potato etc..
