1 c. edamame, cooked2 c. quinoa, cookedΌ c. kalamata olives, drained, sliced2 c. diced cucumber2 scallions, chopped½ c. feta cheese, crumbled2 tbsp. olive oil2 tbsp. lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
