vegan raw date syrup

Ingredients
10 dates, pitted1/2 lemon juiced3/4 cup water from dates
Directions
soak dates in spring water for at least 20 minutes then
place in high speed blender along with lemon juice and 3/4c of water the dates were soaked in. Blend on high till smooth. Place in air tight container and refrigerate.


Serving Size: makes about 1 cup or 16 tablespoons
