Sabina's Lavash Bread Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
4 sheets of Joseph's Flaz, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Lavash Bread16 Ounces of 93% lean ground turkey 1 Packet of Lowry's Taco Seasoning1 Can Rosarita No Fat Traditional Refried Beans1 Cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese Blend1 Cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce
Directions
Brown ground turkey in a hot skillet. Cook until well done. Set aside.

Lightly toast Lavash Bread on a hot griddle pan, sprayed with an non stick cooking spray. When the Lavash Bread is toasted to a golden brown and the texture is firm and crispy, lay two sheets side by side on a cookie sheet.

Warm a can of fat free refried beans in a small pot. Add a small amount of water to get it to a spreadable consitency.

Spread the refried beans on the Lavash Bread, and add ground turkey to the top of the beans.

Place the remaining 2 sheets of Lavash Bread on top.

Spread the enchilada sauce on top of the bread.

Sprinkle with cheese and top with green onions.

Place under a broiler until cheese is sightly browned.

Slice into 8 equal squares.
