Protein enriched pasta, 1 lbMushrooms, 1 lbZucchini, 2 medium babyGarlic, 2 cloves slicedRomano cheese, 1/3 cSkim milk, 1/2 cOregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste
Throw all ingredients except milk and cheese in a stock pot with 5 cups water. Cover. Simmer until pasta is al dente and liquid is absorbed. Too with milk and cheese
