FODMAP Friendly Ketchup

Ingredients
12 ounces Tomato Paste1/2 cup Sugar1/2 teaspoon Dry Ground Mustard1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt2/3 cup Water4 tablespoons White Vinegar
Directions
Mix sugar and water. Heat up enough to dissolve sugar.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and overnight for the flavors to develop. This ketchup recipe should last for 3 weeks in the fridge.
