NiCole's Homemade Granola, half cup serving

Ingredients
4 quarts rolled oats1/2 cup olive oil1/2 pound brown sugar 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
Directions
Mix all in large bowl. Spread on two large jelly roll pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the top of the oats looks barely toasted. Scrape back into the large bowl and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
