Pineapple Cheese Cassarole

2 20ounce cans Pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice.1 cup sugar5 Tbs. flour ( I use half white and half whole wheat)1 1/2 Cups Fat Free shredded Cheddar cheese1 Stack reduced Fat Ritz or Townhouse Crackers1 stick Light Margarine, melted.
Makes 8 servings
Spray medium Baking dish with Light Pam.
Add ingredients in layers in this order:
Pineapple chunks
sugar and flour, mixed together then added
shredded cheese
Ritz crackers , crushed
Drizzle Margarine over top. Bake in 350 over for 25 minutes or til bubbly.
Serve warm.
