Beet-Mango Salad (Revised-healthier)

Ingredients
I 15-ounce can sliced beets, drained1 fresh mango, peeled, pitted, and cubed1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oilJuice of 1/4 lemon1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place the beets, mango, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a meduim bowl. Toss and serve. (Don't worry if the mango turns pink.) 4 servings.
