Banana Cake

Ingredients:3 Bananas, ripe2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil2 Eggs, large1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 cups Enriched Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1/3 cup unsweetened Applesauce1 cup Granulated Sugar1 cup Walnuts1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9" x 9" baking pan.

Measure dry ingredients into medium sized mixing bowl. Mash bananas and mix with eggs, oil, applesauce, and vanilla. Add wet to dry and stir to incorporate.

Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 16 - 2" x 2" pieces
