2 T flax seed (ground)1/4 t baking powder1/8 t garlic powder1/8 t salt1 egg2 T water
Directions
grind flax seed, mix dry ingredients, add egg, mix add water mix, pour onto microwave safe plate coated with cooking spray, nuke in 30 sec zaps until set
