Bill T beef and cabbage soup

Ingredients
Cabbage, eye of round beef thinly sliced, Swanson's 99% fat free chicken broth, garlic, onion powder
Directions
Shred cabbage and cook in pan with 1 T of olive oil. Add garlic, onion powder, and sutee until cabbage browns on the edge. Deglaze pan with 2 oz of chicken broth, add beef and reduce. Deglaze again. add balance of chicken broth. bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
