Ingredients
SaladAncient Harvest Quinoa Inca Red, 1/4 cup dry, 3/4 cup cooked, 1 cup (remove)Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium, 1.75 cup (remove)*Bell Pepper Red, fresh, 119 gram (remove)*Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk), 2 serving (remove)*Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, 1 cup (remove)*Avocado Fresh (1 whole)., 1 serving (remove)DressingLime Juice, 2 lime yields (remove)*Black Pepper (Ground), 0.5 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)*cilantro (fresh), 0.25 cup (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cook Quinoa as directed allow to cool for 5 minutes +
While cookoing chop red pepper,onion,avocado; mix with corn and black beans and set aside
Prepare dressing in blender
Mix veggies with cool quinoa
Sprinkle dressing over top and toss
Salt and pepper to taste
