Butternut and Sprouted Bean Soup CJs

Ingredients
bean mixbutternut squashkaleonionoilminced garlicminced gingerdried red chili peppervegetable broth
Directions
Rinse beans, drain, and set aside. Heat oil in large pot over medium heat and sauté the garlic for a few seconds. Add onion and ginger followed by chili pepper, stirring after each. Add broth and boil for five minutes. Stir in beans, reduce heat, and simmer till nearly done. Raise heat to medium, add squash and kale and simmer till done.
