black bean burritos

Ingredients
2 cans canned black beans, drained and rinsed1 can rotel tomatoes1/4 cup frozen onionsdried garlicburrito tortillasmexican shredded cheese
Directions
put beans and rotel tomatoes in skillet
add garlic and onions
cook until all liquid is almost gone (about 10-15 min) on medium low
serve about 1/2 a cup on burrito totilla with small handfull of cheese
makes about 6 burritos
