Stuffed Mushrooms with Fresh Basil

Ingredients
Six large portabella mushrooms1.5 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded12 fresh basil leaves (2 per mushroom)
Directions
Strip the stems from the inside of each mushroom. Add basil leaves to mushrooms, then top with cheese. Bake for around 20 minutes at 425 Fahrenheit.

Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving. Once suitably cool, consume in a single bite to demonstrate your incredible prowess.
