Ingredients
85% lean ground beef, 16 oz ground mild chile, 4 tsp Argo Cornstarch, 1.5 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Cumin seed, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Garlic, 2 clove Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup, 1 cup Oscar meyer Light wieners, 8 serving Cheese, Cheddar, White Dubliner, 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp Chopped Onion (8 tbsp)
Directions
brown the burger- add spices, garlic and broth- simmer 15 mins. Thicken with corn starch. Meanwhile heat hotdogs, chop onion & grate cheese. Pour 1/8 of the chili over 1 hotdog, sprinkle with cheese & onion.
