Gluten Free Crustless Coconut Pie

Ingredients
4 eggs1/4 cup butter1 cup granulated sugar1/4s cup gluten free flour1/4 teaspoon baking powder2 cups 2% milk1 teaspoon vanilla1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup flaked coconut
Directions
Preheat oven 350. Grease 10 in pie pan
Combine all in blender. Blend until smooth, pour into pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Let cool before serving
