0.50 cup melted butter8 large eggs0.50 cup coconut flour0.25 tsp pink salt0.25 tsp baking soda0.25-0.50 cup coconut milk (light or regular)1-2 tsp raw honey or agave nectar
Turn on waffle iron. Melt butter. In large bowl beat eggs for 30 secs with electric mixer until well blended. Slowly add melted butter while still mixing. Add coconut flour, salt, baking soda, honey and coconut milk. Mix for about 45 secs until mixture becomes thick. Cook according to waffle iron directions.
